Unless you are passing email addresses or info relating to living people it's best not to use PMs 1) it can cause duplication - we don't know what's been sent 2) there is no permanent record, which can be useful if your computer crashes Now we're all left wondering whether to bother with anything else, or whether it's been done - see the dilemma?
