Hi

Would anybody be kind enough to look up two deaths of

CHARLES STEWART 17 July 1848 perthshire
CHARLES STEWART 21 July 1853 perthshire

trying to find out if either of them had parents Duncan Stewart and Christian ??

Hi Suzie

Both these deaths are pre statutory registration from 1855 in Scotland. Are these entries from the Old Parish Register Burial index? Highly unlikely they would include parents' details as death certs did post 1855.

You could check the details on Scotlands people's burial registers where images have just been made available on line but sadly I wouldn't hold up much hope as to what info they will contain.

yeah I have looked at scotlands people already and no luck.  I was just hoping somebody had them in their family!!
