A rough date please?

Could someone possibly give me a likely date on this photo please? Another family photo that no-one knows anything about. Just need a starting point.

A bit confusing...the seated lady is dressed in a style from just before WW1, but the other women look a bit later, maybe early 1920s. I don't know when the boat-neck style of blouse came in, and can't check it from here because of very limited internet access. Maybe someone else will have an idea.

Meanwhile, my guess is early 20s.

If it is England, and I think it probably is  [Is there any reason to think otherwise Huh Huh] I'd say end of WW1 to 1922-23. Undecided Undecided

I reckon those lovely girls would have got into flapper gear as soon as they possibly could Grin Grin

Not really enough to go on to identify the trees.  Might be ivy on the wall to the left and a fern behind the lady to the right.  Vegetation not incompatible with UK but could turn up anywhere temperate.

I believe the boat neckline became fashionable post WW1.The men's short starched collars were
also favoured at this time.The pointed shoes of the lady on the left was also a late teens fashion.
So 1919-22 would be my estimate.
