Hamond Place, Chatham

Hi,
Can anyone help me locate Hamond Place, High Street, Chatham?

I can find Hamond Hill no problem... and Hamond Place is nearby (if the 1851 census is anything to go by). But I'd like to know what became of this street, since there were some significant businesses there in the early 19th C, and also quite a few big fires of local sigificance.
