Can You Help Identify this soldier?

Can anyone help me identify this soldier?  It is the clearest photo I have, perhaps someone can recognise the uniform or badges?  It has been suggested he may be a Bandsman.

Hi pp, and welcome to Rootschat...there's not much to go on I'm afraid, but if you post this on the Armed Forces board you might have better luck. There are some very knowlegeable people there.
