I am also tracing the surname YOUNGER in the Clackmannan area but I doubt if the line I am researching would have anything to do with the brewery.
The info. I have is
John Younger married Jean Ried 25 Jan 1793.
They had the following children.
Ann born 15 Jun 1793, John born 5 May 1795, Janet Chr. 1 Mar 1806, Margaret Chr. 9 Jan 1809.
Ann Younger married Peter Gartland in South Leith Edinburgh 14 Nov 1814. They were married in a Catholic Church.
Don't know if Ann moved to Edinburgh on her own or if the whole family moved there.
Would be interested if anyone has come across this family in their research or if anyone is connected to this Younger line.

  this could be John b1795 still in Clackmannan.
He is there in 1851-1861 still as a farmer

All born Clackmannan
John Younger 45  farmer
Mary Younger 40 
George Younger 20 
John Younger 15 
James Younger 15 
William Younger 11 
Robert Younger 9 
Jane Duncan 25
