Lindsey - marriage

I hope someone can help with this.

I'm looking for a marriage for John Lindsey born 1819 in St Georges, London. The 1861, 1871 and 1881 Censuses show his wife as Frances/is born 1818 in Soho W. Their first child, Frances, was born in 1843 in Wapping so I'm looking between approx 1836 and 1843.

All shown as b Middlesex St George and living at 35 Wapping St

I cannot find an obvious marriage between John & Frances - the only one coming up is in 1844 in Newcastle on Tyne

You may need to buy a copy of one of their childrens birth certs to get her maiden name

The only other marriage I could find was in 1837 in Exeter so, again, it's very unlikely. I think you're right about the birth certificate.

Thanks for the 1851 census as well.
