Have this as reason for mail returned......

Diagnostic-Code: SMTP; 552 EXCEEDED STORAGE ALLOCATION

It's a Word doc with pic and text in 13.7MB's

Added : I did make file smaller from 23.+ as puta said under 16MB's only.

It sounds as if the person that you sent the e-mail to has a limited storage space provided by their e-mail provider (hotmail amongst other has restricted space allocations, I think)

This storage space has been filled up and your e-mail cannot be delivered because there's no room to store it.  The only solution is for them to delete some e-mails to make more space.

It's not your fault.

Some ISP's limit the size of attachments to 10MB.

From memory Aadvaak is 5MB, which is why I don't use it for attachments.
