Appear to be navy men or perhaps marines judging by the attire!  Also,  the photographer's stamp has 'Plymouth'.

I'm going to agree with atom12 - navy or marines, in Plymouth.

I also think its a sports team - medicine ball, boxing gloves, juggling things (sorry, dont know what they're called) & Rifles.

There are loads of places like the background in the Plymouth area, so cant help there.

Guesstimate of age - post ww1 & pre ww2, just a gut feeling!

Pete Clubs....as in " clubswingers" nickname for PTIs in Navy and RM.

I 'googled' Easden and sons Plymouth ... and it seems they were around in 1910.
