Lhanbryde location help

I had a relative that lived at Pittensair Cottage, Lhanbryde. In trying to locate the whereabouts of the cottage in the village I have come across this reference   link to aberdeenshire.gov.uk OR   link to Google Maps
Is there anybody who could confirm or not that this could be the cottage.

Going by the old maps in the NLS, Pittensair does seems to be a farm just outside Lhanbryde, on the other side of the railway line as you found.

There seemed to be a u-shaped building which was probably the original farm, and another small building to the east which may have been the cottage. I'm not sure which of the buildings now there would have been the original.

I'm afraid I don't have local knowledge to confirm it, but I think you are on the right track Smiley
