You are very welcome Smiley I had been using the IGI for abt 6mths before I discovered it too Wink

Next lesson; when you have the baptisms for the siblings go back and look for a marriage abt +/- 5yrs  from the date of eldest childs birth;

eg. 6 children to John Smith and Mary, first born 1800 Selby YKS
Back to search page, search marriage John Smith 1800+/-5yrs YKS with just Mary in spouse box , (extend to 10yrs if necessary if cant find a match)

Find the one in Selby that matches hopefully Grin

Then if you have them on census you have rough dates of birth and areas, search again christening, look for marriage of parents and on and on hopefully Grin
