I am wondering if it is an ad for Table Waters; have tried looking for the logo but have found nothing.  But judging from the picture, the product might be something which benefits from being marketed with a wholesome image.

Probably the late 1940s. Calender will be from one of the firms supplying the pub with  Table Waters This writing is partly hidden by one of the pumps. The picture will probably be of a film star.
