Where did the Watson Family go

Does anyone have any ideas for this family. The family disappears after 1851, there is a possible for George Henry in South Shields in 1861.

Henry, Harriet (Henriott) and George were in Holy Trinity, Colchester in 1841.

HO107/344/17/11/16

In 1851 the were Skinner St which was just south of Primrose St between Sun St Passage and Bishopsgate.

Henry Watson     37 Colchester, Bootmaker
Harriet Watson    35 Colchester
George Watson    13 Colchester
Sarah Watson    8 Colchester
Emma Watson    4 Colchester
Agnes Watson    2 London

1851 HO107/1524/551/23

Possible births:
Mar 1840 George Henry Watson Colchester
Jun 1842 Sarah Harriet Watson Colchester 12 ?
Sep 1845 Emma Eliza Watson Colchester 12 53
Dec 1849 Agnes Watson Shoreditch 2 401


And lots of deaths for Watson 1851-1861 Grin

If you have checked for misspellings and mistranscriptions by using Forenames only + ages and/or birthplaces - have you considered emigration?

Tens of thousands emigrated to Australia, Canada, New Zealand and South Africa  in the decades following 1851. Some went  for a few years and then returned, having either made their fortune or given up hope of ever doing so!

There are immigrant sites on Rootschat where people will be able to advise what resources are available.
