Death Record for Alice Louise Moran, Lancashire

I have been unable to find any record of a Death for Alice Louise Moran, she married Edward Moran in 1922 in Lancaster, and at some point after this was put into one of the Lancaster Asylums, ( unsure of which or time scale).

Edward remarried in 1947.

A Lady from another site, claims to have found her death in 1941 in Lancaster, Iv checked the Bmd but found nothing and would love to send for the Death Cert.

Any help would be great
