MI's Stirling McKay

John Mckay died 04 Jan 1910 Kippen Stirlingshire.Jane McKay nee Ferguson died 16 Jun 1913 Drymen Stirling.  In both cases informent was John McKay (son)

Not sure where they are buried..any suggestions please Huh?

Thanks Daval - Yes we have but I cannot remember in what context either  Huh

By chance posted an enquiry on Perthshire board re alexander McKay (birth) some kind person sent me details of burial records for John McKay his wife Jane Ferguson their son Peter sister Mary , also in same grave Alexander his wife Margaret mcLaren, also John's daughter Margaret. Adjoining grave for Alexander McKay 1869 and his wife Mary Gardiner 1879 and their son John 1875. They are all buried at Port of Monteith.

Hooray for Rootschat..came through again  Grin  Grin

It's such a relief when you get something like this especially when you are so far away and cannot get to Scotland yourself.  I think 2006 will be my last visit..getting too long in the tooth now  Cry
