Teenager's death cert - occupation

I have a death certificate for a teenager, aged 15 at death, who died in 1908 in Plymouth.

In the Occupation box it states "Son of" then gives the father's name and occupation followed by "now deceased" in brackets, followed by the word "of" and then an address.

The father had been dead for some 11 years at this point and the child was now an orphan with all grandparents dead too.

My question: Is the address for the teenager or the father?

Box 1: "When and where died" shows the address of a Nursing Home in Plymouth (a different address). The informant was his older brother, again with yet another address.

Grateful for any suggestions and help.

From death certificates I have, I would say it is the usual address of the teenager.

I would agree, the address on a death cert is usually that of the deceased. The in formant's address is also given, and of course that may be different.
