Hi,
This looks like the family. Not sure if you were expecting quite so many children ...
Address: Boreland Cottage, Kirkinner, Wigtownshire William Scott, head, mar., 40, farm labourer - general, b. Penninghame Helen Scott, wife, mar., 38, labourer's wife, b. Penninghame William Scott, son, unm., 16, farm labourer - day, b. Penninghame Elizabeth Scott, dau., unm., 14, farm labourer - day, b. Penninghame Helen Scott, dau., unm., 12, scholar, b. Penninghame Thomas Scott, son, unm., 10, scholar, b. Penninghame Alexr. Scott, son, unm., 8, scholar, b. Penninghame Samuel Scott, son, unm., 6, scholar, b. Minnigaff, Stewarty of Kirkcubright James Scott, son, unm., 4, -, b. Mochrum
A birth for a William Scott in Penninghame for 1874 suggests that Helen's maiden name was Wilson. They married 2nd July 1867 at Penninghame and also had John (b. 1867), Jane (b. 1870) and Ellen (b. 1872).
