1861 & 1871 census John Carr please COMPLETE Thank you
« on: Thursday 09 July 09 19:56 UTC (UK) »

Looking for John Carr born c1806.

1841 shows him as born Buckinghamshire
1851 he now shows as born Great Haseley, Oxfordshire.

Hoping to ascertain his place of birth as shown 1861 and 1871 census.

Will be with wife Sophia (born 1806) and possibly children John 17, Charles 13, and Ann 10.

John died October 1880 so not on 1881 census.

Many thanks

1871 gives John Carr as being blind.

Very many thanks, this more than answers my query, we now go back a generation further than previously known.  Plus a sibling and William's data  - great.

Most appreciated.
