Contiguous parishes to Barking

Hi, I can't seem to find a parish map online anywhere for Essex. Can someone tell me what parishes are contiguous with Barking please. I think Dagenham and East Ham, what others?

plus Ilford (Little and Great) and Goodmayes.
In 20th century Becontree was created out of Barking parish
