I really am

Was it really Padbury?

They said that he perhaps was born in Tingewick circa 1547 and I know that the parish records for St Mary Magdalene did not commence until 1560.
Even so I cannot find a matching name in Tingewick in that time frame.
His name was Alexander TWITCHIN and he became the 1st headmaster of Andover Grammar in 1581.
Now I've looked for similar names (TWITCHIN) close to Tingewick and found a Symond TWICKER born Padbury (4 miles from Tingewick) in 1551.
If any kind soul has the Padbury parish register for that period I really would like any detail that might be available.
