ERO - New Records - Sorted, Thank You

I apologize for asking what is probably a very basic question.

I have searched in the past for records about my ancestor's family.  Today I found a will for my ancestor's possible father (will dated 1846).  I don't remember ever seeing this document before.

Are records continually added to their database?  Thank you.

(PS  I would have thought they would already have copies of wills.)  Undecided

The ERO are always adding new accessions to their catalogue. I recently deposited a record of banns discovered in some old church papers, and some conveyancing papers and other documents a friend found in their grandfather's papers.

The ERO sometimes publish a list of new acquisitions, although I do not think this appears online (I may be wrong on this).

So it is possible that the Will is newly deposited.
