I think the 1891 entry on FMP translates to this on A*try:
1891
RG12/4586/4/1
Elizabeth I WILLIAMS born Dolgelley living in Scybor Y Coed with grandparents Thomas and Elizabeth JONES.

hi, just phoned my s i l and she said elizabeth looks about 10yrs
also i was told that the mother (priscilla)owned shops in london
either grocery or fruit and veg,around 1908 as she has a postcard which is written that priscilla was at the station going back to london.also that priscilla died at elizabeths home but have no idea when this was but s i l thinks is was between 1935- 1940
any way thank you all for your help,much appretiated

Just checking - Williams was definitely her maiden name and not her married name wasn't it?

yes we were sure, but now i have my doubts,so i will see if i can find a birth for one of the children and get my s i l to send for the cert
