This is all very vague but here goes. Way back in 1970 I stayed with Kerr cousins in Gatehouse Of Fleet, they had moved from Preston to make a new life. I later heard that they had been quite successful with their initial venture and moved down to the Solway coast. I cannot remember their christian names but they were close family members, finding out who they were is all part of my research into my family. regards stoop.

Hi gadget, I am unsure about registering with Ancestry, it looks as if they make it difficult to pay as you go I dont want to be trapped by their conditions. regardsstoop.
