Have you entered and checked your surnames in the surnames interests table?  The link is via "surnames" above and you are much more likely to be successful using that route.

thanks David just goes to show how stupid i am, i thought i did put my surname interest page but just worked out what to do and have put my  surname on now.
i was having a senior moment
