There is an extracted marriage record of a William Wilkes to an Eleanor Jones 23.10.1809 Chirbury, Shropshire.

Also a baptism of a Wiliam Wilkes 3.10.1809 Chirbury.... father Wilkes mother Eleanor.

I think this is a possible because Chirbury and Hyssington both later came under the same registration district of Clun.

Chirbury and Hyssington are fairly close on the map to.

Thank you for that information I've been led to beleive that there were other Children
John Wilkes Bap 8th Dec 1811 Hysington but cannot find birth to tie in with William & Eleanor
