If you're looking for burials in Aberdeen after 1854 then Aberdeen City Archives has records of various cemeteries - see www.aberdeencity.gov.uk/archives for more information.

If it's Aberdeenshire cemeteries then various area offices hold some records - see www.aberdeenshire.gov.uk/familyhistory/registrars.asp#Burial for more information on this.
