Battle of Dunbar
« on: Sunday 26 July 09 19:20 UTC (UK) »

Hello All,
I understand that many Scottish Covenanters were taken prisoner at the Battle of  Dunbar 1650. Were Borderers heavily represented in the Covenanter Army?
Cheers

There would have been a few from the Borders area at Dunbar but the main body of men would have been from the west of Scotland and Dumfries and Galloway.
