Hi.
Does anyone have a link to a HOWARD genealogy site, forum, or any other useful source of information relating to the HOWARD surname please (HULL area)?

Also, does anyone recall a Lillian HOWARD living at 44 Wright Street, HULL in 1938?
If she is the person we are looking for, she would have been 18 years old at the time and spoken with a southern accent.

Any help is appreciated.
