Deal Obituary notices for 1936

Would there be anyone who would be able to assist me to do a lookup for an Obituary notice in the Deal local paper for the year 1936. I am assuming the news paper indexes are held at the Deal Library. The person in question is Edwyn Semour de Woolfson who lived in Grange Road Deal.
