The only way to search by address is in the Qinetic site. www.1901census.nationalarchives.gov.uk.

You can pay online with a debit/credit card or buy vouchers at most large libraries. Sites such as Ancestry do not have the facility to search by address.

You could also try the library/FHS at Reading for a street index, since you are local.
