i am looking for benjamin pashley upto yet i got he was born in radford nottingham in 1816 any one help or advice me where to look for any birth/christening record for him thank teresa

I see from your profile that you live in Nottingham. Have you discovered the Nottingham Archives on Castle Meadow Road, (behind the Evening Post offices)? They will have everything you need for any research in Nottinghamshire. The resources are brilliant and the staff extremely helpful.

For your specific query try the census data 1841 onwards, parish records (there are quite a few parishes covering Radford but St Peters is always a good start), GRO marriages and ask the staff what else they can suggest if you get stuck.

had a quick look at the st peters records last eek at the archives but didnt see him i am going back this week for a better look thanks though
