1901 Census Help

Would someone be able to look for  Thomas Mander or Manders born 1874, wife Alice. J.1883  and son George.W.H 1899 living West Bromwich, trying to find his birthplace.

If that's him, then 1881 shows him as Thomas W. MANDER, 6 b Coln Rogers, Gloucestershire (parents William & Jane): RG11/2559/33/17.
