Hi All
I am hoping that someone can please help me with a lookup of the St Dunstan Cranbrook Parish Registers for Baptism/Birth and Burial/Death. As I live in Australia it is a bit hard to get to the Church to do a lookup myself.
According to the 1911 Census John and Eliza ROFE had 12 children, 11 living and 1 deceased. I have found 11 children for this couple but would like to find out about the 12th child. I would think that this child died young as I have all the Census for this family and it does not make an appearance on any of them.
Any assistance gratefully recieved.
With thanks Karenlee

I can't help with the parish records, I'm afraid.
You may be able to find out using freeBMD.
There are 15 ROFE children born between 1880 and 1912 in the Cranbrook Registration District.
Perhaps not
As all the deaths registered in the Cranbrook area are for people over the age of 33
Perhaps the info you have from the 1911 census will help.

The death of George ROFE age 0, is registered Mar quarter of 1871 in Cranbrook.
Could he be the missing child, or is it too early?
You don't say when the couple were having their children

Thanks for that bearkat.
The couple were having children between 1855 and 1881 so it's possible that George could be theirs. He might fit somewhere between Bertha in 1866 and Lilly late 1871 if he was born late 1870.
Many thanks Karenlee
