Salkild birth in 1804 - help please

My 3x g.grandmother was born Louisa Salkild (or Salkeld) in Newark and, according to her gravestone in Barnsley, Yorks, this was on 6th January 1804.  Please does anyone have access to the parish registers for this period who could check this and tell me who her father was?

Three census entries all give her place of birth as Newark, Nottinghamshire but it has been suggested it might be worth checking out Newark in Northants as so far, nothing has been turned up in Notts.

Hi Glenpenny.

I am afraid that although Newark is a part of Peterborough it does
not seem to have it's own Parish Records.

If you go to the link below you can down load a Word doc of a list of
available C of E Records held at the Northants Record Office.
