Just to clarify,
All Saints is the parish church in Sudbury that is on the Ballingdon side of the town, therefore it is also the parish church for Ballingdon. Technically Ballingdon is in the county of Essex, on the other side of the river Stour which runs through Sudbury. On one side it is Suffolk on t'other it is Essex. Today Ballingdon is part of the market town of Sudbury. So, the family were very much in the same area, although two counties are quoted in references.
If there are millers and milling involved, perhaps Windy Miller on Rootschat Suffolk pages will be able to help further, dew he know a whully grit lot about Millers in Suffolk
