Sir Colin Campbell pub, Aldershot
« on: Monday 10 August 09 05:19 UTC (UK) »

Hi,
Could anyone point me in the direction of any archive material on the Colin Campbell which was near the Army barracks in Aldershot?
My grandfather owned (?) this pub about the time of WW2 and my mum remembers being in the bedroom when a tank went through the wall of the pub and she could see the soldiers from her bed.
I have a photo but no more information than the above.
Thanks in advance
