Because you're new to Rootschat you aren't yet able to send Personal Messages.  You need to post a couple of times first - you can reply to this thread in order to do that.

Vicky hasn't been online for a couple of weeks or so, possibly taking a holiday, but if I remember correctly bearkat may have a copy of the book as well.
