looking for a john richard winter, b.24.06.1870? Tipperary, the date is slightly sketchy is from a very old relative in america, john worked in dublin for a company called, freeman an eventually emigrated to america c.1900s.
ANY HELP greatly appreciated...

The best fit to the date you mention is

   John Winter / Registration district: Borrisokane
   year : 1870 / Volume: 18 / Page: 435

there are a few other records with dates of 1868, 1875 in the registration districts of Nenagh,  Clogheen that could be worth following up.
