Hi kathnbub
I have been researching Beal and Beale around the area for some time and have accumulated a database of several hundred Beal[e] baptisms, marriages and burials from the local PR’s. Some are as early as 1600 and run through to about 1900. If you get stuck do send me a PM and I can check if I might have already transcribed the details.

Am I right in thinking that her married name thus name presumed c1945 would be PEDDER? Have you searched the full GRO death indexes looking for a death? Do you know where her husband was at this time?
There is a death registration for a Rose E PEDDER age 29 in the Milton, Kent registration district September quarter 1940 ref. 2a 2916
