Hi this is my first post to roots chat, so please bear with me if I get the etiquette all wrong.I am after a favour if anyone has access to the parish records of St Marys Nottingham.  Iam relatively new to family history and have met a brick wall, trying to find the maiden name of Elizabeth Jackson's mum, Ann ?? Info I have
Elizabeth Jackson bp 4-10-1822 father Thomas Jackson born Mansfield Notts ab 1786 mother Ann from St Marys ab 1786
also had children Samuel bp 21-1-1817, Richard bp21-1-1817,John bp 5-11-1819 James bp5-11-1820
Emma bp 3-4-1825 all bp at St Marys Nottingham.
Is a marriage at St Mary of a Thomas Jackson to Ann Kirk 6-11-1814 which would be about right for first child.I would be most grateful if someone could look up the records to see if any further details, name date of baptism, parents are available. Thomas Jackson was a blacksmith later became a dyer.

Hi and welcome. you prob need this moving to the Notts board for PR lookups - more specialist knowledge.

click on moderator to ask for move (or sometimes just wait and they do it anyway!!)
