1901 census look up please - BARHAM

I have the entry from 1901 census online indexes but would like clarification of relationships.

Wittersham

Emily BARHAM    38    widow
Emily                  18
Frank                  17
Grace                  16
Fred                    14
Eva                     13
Arthur                   8  *

I am intrigued about Arthur as Emily was widowed in 1888 so would like to know if this is her son or another relative

Any help much appreciated

It says 'son' on the image

Here is his birth - looks like a certificate might be needed!
