Index to civil registrations is now online (free) but it will be easier to find if you know the registration district to narrow down the right marriage since both names are common ones-

a marriage of william hunter and sarah graham took place on 12-jan-1900 in killymurris first presbyterian church,parish of rathsharkin,ballymena district. very common names but it's the same date you have.

It's Rasharkin Parish. Not sure why First Killymurris because there's only the one there Undecided

Thanks everyone! Thats them. He was Scottish, first wife must have died c1898. Remarried and then went back to Scotland. Not sure why he was in Ireland!

The marriage certificate will give his occupation at the time which may explain why he was in Ireland.

On his first wifes death in 1898 he is a Shale miner in Broxburn, Scotland. He had 3 young children at the time of his wifes death. He was back in Broxburn for his first child with Sarah's birth in 1902.
