Hi Danone,

I found 2 marraiges  for Cecil J oxford in Mt Bosworth 1940's and 1950's MT Bosworth was where Cecil J birth was registered i realise people move around die etc but i would check these marriages out, they could belong to you, after all i found a birth not a death and they are only family rumours he died on a mission in the war, family tales often get exaggarated through the years

 Smiley Smiley :)I dont think they were rumours i found him on the billet war magazine were he whent missing and have found the book about operation market garden which was Arnham .what i was told is that some times when people go on ops they change their names so they arnt found out which could be why he wasnt found straight the way i would love to find out if there is any of his relatives still alive who on their side no one has come back to me on it .it would be great  to talk to some one who knew of him
