Hi,

Would it be possible for anybody to look up the baptisms for the Lane children in the Tatterford Parish Register?  The children I am after are those of John Reynolds LANE (who was possibly the Rector) and Nura/Nora Norman HOLMES.

So far I have:
- Verena Olive Ursula LANE b. 1886
- Dorothy Edith LANE b. 1887
- Austen John Keane LANE b. 1888

There might be more children that I am not aware of, although another daughter, Nancy Joyce LANE, was later born in Hampnett, Gloucestershire in 1896.

I addition I am aware that Verena and Dorothy died whilst in the Parish during 1888 and 1887 respectively, so there is possible a burial record for them as well.

FreeReg shows:

Verena Olive Ursula b.3/4/1886, bp.9/5/1886, bur.31/1/1888 (age 19m)

Dorothy Edith bp.June 1887, bur.4/7/1887 (age 12 days)

Austen John Keane b.21/11/1888, bp.6/1/1889

children of John Reynolds Lane (Clerk in Holy Orders) and Nura Norman.

Burials also show:

Douglas Charles bur.14/4/1885 (age 3 days) - perhaps an earlier child (no baptism shown there).

That's all there is for Lane at Tatterford.
