ROBERTS family on 1881 Census> Back Cornhill (6) Portmadoc, Caernarvonshire, Ynysycnhaiarn, District 9, page 41> William Roberts, age 30, born Machynllaeth, Co Montgomery, occ Labourer on quay;Jane Roberts, age30, wife, born Tremadoc,Caernarvonshire> Margaret Roberts, age 7, dau, scholar William Roberts, age 6, dau, scholar> Laura Roberts, age 4, dau Ellis Roberts, age 3, son Ellen Jane, age 1, dau> All children born Portmadoc> William Roberts was my Gr-Grandfather, Laura Roberts, being my Grandmother. My Grandmother, Laura ROBERTS aka Sarah was born in 1877 in > >> > Porthmadag, and she was listed as age 41 on her death certificate in 1918. Now from her obituarary, in 1918, she had listed sisters, Margaret,Elizabeth, and Kate, all living in Porthmadag in 1918 and Ellis Roberts her brother living in Kent,England at that time with another brother whom was also listed as living in Porthmadag in 1918. Could anyone living in Wales in the Caernarvonshire area look at the electoral rolls and do a lookup for me of the Roberts in this family living in Porthmadag at the time of 1918. Any help would be appreciated , any information regarding this family would so be welcomed. I have been at this for over 12 years and this is the missing side of my tree. One other note,on her marriage certificate, my Grandmother, Laura Roberts had her father William listed as deceased in April of 1910. So not sure what age her siblings would be other than if they had the same father, being William ROBERTS and mother being Jane ROBERTS it would of been around that time frame. Any help would be so appreciated. Any help at all would be really great, been at this for over 12 years, and this is the missing puzzle piece so to speak!
