Hi,
I'm looking for any information on LANK's of Ketton inparticular but any information on Lank's in Rutland would be gratefully received. I've seen the name mistranscribed as Lang but should be Lank.
As i say any help would be gratefully received.

No other census has any entry for Lank with a Ketton birthplace or living in Ketton
Perhaps if you could give us more specific details of which particular family you are researching and the relevant birthyears, we may be able to help more

Thanks for that, my main interest is William Lank bap. 1748 married to Elizabeth (I think Mills in 1780) William came from Seaton but they moved to Ketton and had six children, that I know of.
I am trying to piece all the Lanks from around the area together (hopefully!), I was just hoping someone may have access to the parish records and confirm dates etc. for Lanks in Rutland.

This I am not sure of but am posting as she is born Stamford where marriage took place. Usually this happened in brides Parish. she would be about 17 at marriage.

You are very welcome. I work shift work and sometimes early morning is the only time I can get on the computer ( I have a teenage son)
