Civil registration of births started 1864 in Ireland so you need to search church records (if they exist) to see if you can find any records of the family. Enniskillen might refer to the town itself or the area.

Not all records are on LDS site- they've also microfilmed lots of church records which can be ordered from your local LDS library but 1st you need to know what religion the family was- Catholic, Church of Ireland, Presbyterian, Methodist, etc. and then see what records are listed in the online catalogue. www.familysearch.org

It is Enniskillen not Enniskillon (although it may appear that way in the census return). There's no reason why a poor family wouldn't have baptised their children but it is a matter of knowing which churches to check for existing records. A person listing their birthplace as Enniskillen might have come from the town or from a distance outside the town and merely gave that as it was the largest town in the area where the family lived. There are quite a few Church of Ireland (same as Church of England or Episcopal, also known as Established Church) and Presbyterian congregations in Enniskillen area.
