Can anyone help me find the parents of Margaret Hepple who married William Evins at Ryhope 30th Nov 1754

Any ideas on a place of birth?  What do the parish records say for the marriage?  Is she of that parish or another/

There are a few christenings for Margaret Hepple on IGI but non from Ryhope or anywhere too close.  There is one for Ryton, one for Newcastle  and 2 for  Hartburn, Northumberland all between 1726 and 1738.

That is all I have been able to find  Huh

Thanks for your reply. The information regarding the wedding date was given to me and I don't have any other details, hence my query.
William Evins b 1737 her husband came from Ryton, their 9 children were all born at Forsters Burn, which from an earlier Rootschat query seems to be near Ryton.

I will check with my source to see if Ryhope should be Ryton

From Jennifer's post it looks like this is your Margaret.

Margaret Hepple Christening: 26 SEP 1720      Ryton, Durham, England, IGI shows her father as William Hepple.  Parish record might show the mother.
