I'm trying to upload a cert but the message I keep getting is..reattach the attachments ??
What does this mean PLEASE

I have moved this to the Technical Help board.

First of all, have you read through this topic?

Then I need to ask, are you clicking the preview button before you actually post the topic?  If so, then you DO need to re-attach the image or attachment. 

A couple of words of warning - you cannot attach any image to a post on the Look-up/requests boards and you should not upload a complete certificate: only small portions may be posted.
