Memorial - Milton Cleveland

Can anyone please help in locating where a Memorial in Milton Clevedon to George Harding born 1804 who died 5th February 1839 son of George Harding. If possible the wording on said Memorial or pointing me in the direction to obtain such info.
I have been kindly given info. of a Memorial and as I have been searching for years for info. as to what happened to George Harding born Stawell, Somerset bap. 1804 son of George and Joan Harding I would like to persue any line of enquiry. I have nothing of George Jnr. after bap. and did commission a Search of Stawell Parish Registers to no avail.  Many thanks for any help given to help to solve mystery to close chapter.
